Now it has complete facilities and functions, and can receive 200 people for lodging and 300 people for dining or meeting。The base is located at No. 19, North Hongjun Road, Ciping Town, the core of Jinggangshan Scenic Spot, the cradle of the revolution, and is only separated from China Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan by a wall, with a beautiful environment and convenient travel。30 km from Jinggangshan Railway Station, 60 km from Jinggangshan airport。

The center relies on China Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan, Party School of Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee, China Institute of Labor Relations, the provincial Party, personnel with industrial history, descendants of the revolution, model workers, excellent trade union cadres and teachers，Combine Jinggangshan's unique red and green resources，Development and participation, experience and on-site teaching of Jinggangshan characteristics of red training。Since the establishment of the center，We have successfully held more than 2,000 important shifts and meetings, such as the training course for the Chairman of the National Trade Union of large State-owned enterprises, the training course for the director of the National Trade Union Examination Committee, the training course for the Secretary of the Party Committee of large enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, and the training course for the chairman of the trade union in Beijing, Liaoning, Inner Mongolia and Hainan (municipalities and autonomous regions)，And undertake the national provincial above model workers, the national model workers' home union chairman and other teams of more than 10,000 people。At present, more than 60 units such as the Female Workers Committee of ACFTU, Beijing Federation of Trade Unions, Liaoning Federation of Trade Unions, Guangdong Federation of Trade Unions, Xinjiang Construction Corps trade Union, Jinggangshan University, Party School of the Working Committee of Jiangxi Provincial Government organs, and Jiangxi Education Union have set up a teaching base in the center。In 2010, the Women's Vocational Committee of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions awarded the center the honorary title of "National Model School for Female Workers"。
